During the deposit, the customer must write his name and the number of the electronic order in the justification of the deposit.
The deposit should be sent electronically to tesiasdim@gmail.com.
The customer is solely responsible for the correct recording of the account number and the COMPANY bears no responsibility in the event of an error.
CASH ON DELIVERY
The customer can pay the price of the sale by cash on delivery, i.e. by paying the amount due to the authorized collector, distributor of the COMPANY upon delivery of the sold products to the place of delivery stated in the order. There is no additional charge.
CREDIT / DEBIT CARDS
The customer can pay the price of the sale by debiting a credit (Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American Express and Discover) or debit or prepaid card issued by a recognized Greek or foreign Bank, which the COMPANY accepts for transaction. Payment, for orders above €45, can be made in 12 interest-free installments.
The debit of the credit card is carried out after prior checking and certification of the data and its validity during the approval and acceptance of the order by the COMPANY. Checking and completing the payment is done by redirecting to the secure environment of Nexi service.
All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Nexi XPay" of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
