External or functional defects
The customer is obliged, upon receipt, to unpack and check the products to confirm the absence of external, aesthetic defects, and in the event that they exist, he is entitled to reject the receipt of the item.
In addition, within 15 days, and if he finds a problem with any of the products in the order, he must take a photo of the defective product to prove the problem and send the photo to the COMPANY by email.
Product returns
In the first case the customer can choose between canceling the order or replacing the product, while in the second case the COMPANY must replace the product immediately. Defective products are replaced at no cost to the customer.
In the case of replacement, the customer is obliged to deliver the defective product to the transport company or the courier company that will receive the new product.
